Tiago Nacarato is a Portuguese singer with Brazilian roots and a contact with music from an early age.

At the age of 18, he decided to invest in his music education by enrolling at Valentim de Carvalho Music School where he took singing, guitar, listening training, music theory and combo lessons. During this time the first opportunities arose, and one of the most important milestones follows the invitation of Pedro Cardoso (Musician at “Ornatos Violeta” also known as Fish), his teacher at the time, to join an orchestra of electric guitars and basses, a project that stepped on stages as “Serralves em festa” (Porto), Hard Club (Porto) and Casa da Música (Porto).

The return to Brazilian roots comes a few years later when he joins the Bamba Social Orchestra as a vocalist, a project that brings together Portuguese-Brazilian musicians living in Porto and pays tribute to various classics of Brazilian music, recreating them and adding new sounds. Together, they launched the themes “Sorria” and “Cadê Cascais”, the last with the participation of Brazilian rapper Marcelo D2.

Since 2018 performing his solo work on stage, Tiago Nacarato has given numerous concerts throughout the country, having exhausted the large auditorium of the Belém Cultural Center (Lisbon), the Casa da Música Suggia Room (Porto) and the Convento São Francisco (Coimbra), among others.

At the end of 2018, he made his debut in Brazil, where he performed for sold out rooms entitled to a double session in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, as well as Fortaleza and Belo Horizonte.

The first single, “A Dança” was performed in April 2018, and the second single “Tempo”, featuring Salvador Sobral, in November. The last year released two more themes, and ”Sol de Inverno”, duet with Paulinho Moska ”Só Me Apetece Dançar”, with Ana Bacalhau. The debut album, entitled “Lugar Comum” was digitally released on September 16 last year, and was released in stores on October 18. The 2019 agenda included the return to Brazil, for concerts in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas and Nova Friburgo, as well as the presence in three of the largest Portuguese national festivals: MEO Marés Vivas, NOS Alive and Crato Festival.
